At The Gifting House, every basket is handmade with care, customized to your preferences, and created fresh for each order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.
If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. You will be asked to provide clear photos so we can review the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a suitable solution. After 24 hours, we cannot process claims for damage or missing items.
Cancellations must be requested before we begin preparing your order. Once your basket has been assembled or items have been purchased, cancellations are no longer possible.
For shipped orders, The Gifting House is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the courier during transit. However, we will always do our best to help you file a claim with the shipping provider if needed.
